Ohto designed this pen to imitate the expressive strokes of a brush pen and gave it a name to match: fude usually means “brush” in Japanese. It lays down a thicker line with enhanced force and thinner traces when utilised with light strain or at an angle. It’s a great pen for journal headings, apparent signatures, and combined media art jobs.
